Most of my fish food is Omega One... Buffet betta bites, Tropical flakes, frozen bloodworms, freeze dried bloodworms Shrimp pellets ( switched from Aqueon and everyone went crazy for em ) Fluval bug bites, Tetra Algae wafers, Frozen zucchinI ( thawed under hot water till they sink ) for the plecos and anyone else who wants a taste.

I actually get all my fish food ( pelets of dif. brands and uses, flakes, and freeze dried blood worms or shrimp) and mix it together. That way they get a good, balanced diet, and all the nutrients they need. Sometimes I feed flies or blanched veggies. I usually don’t like to feed anything to my betta that is lower than 45 min. Protein.

San Francisco Bay frozen foods. And most recently live worms

My staple would be hikarI micro wafers, micro algae wafers, and cichlid pellets, alternating with tetra flakes. Then a frozen pea once a week. I raise my own mosquito larvae and daphnia to keep my fish entertained once or twice a week.
