OMG I m literally wearing my tie dye Bob Ross shirt right now did we just become best friends...? Lol

I love minis. I am just finishing up my first build. It was the Orchid by green leaf. I wanted to use it for a building test run because I am about to begin building the victorias farmhouse by real good toys for my daughter. That thing is like 200 lbs.
Ha thanks! Please let me know how that turns out and thanks for the offer of crochet help. I might take you up on that. I can help with knitting if you don’t already know how.

I'd definitely start riding English style! IMO it gives you better form, control, knowledge, etc. for going into western. I started with western style, and that made English a lot harder than it should have been! Have fun!

I rode horses for a few years before I hurt my back and had to stop. I really miss it. My only hobbies now are fish, water polo, and my giant succulent garden.

Let's see, I like to,
  • Read.
  • Write plays.
  • Keep fish.
  • I LOVE to act.
  • Look up, how to care for any animal known to man.
  • Knitt, if I remember how to start. I always forget.
  • Just started drawing.
  • I also play fiddle and a little bit of ukulele and piano.
Are there anyone else here like to act?

Fiddle?! I haven't met another fiddler yet! Most people think I'm a redneck hick when I say I play fiddle!! My papa and I were a part of a bluegrass band when I was a young child. It was seriously so much fun. My fiddle still sits in the closet, waiting hopefully for one of my kids to find interest in it. My oldest just got a guitar for her birthday as she has expressed an interest. The music lives on!!!

Wow, DO it!! Blue devils are amazing. A little actually all those organizations are. My high school was big on marching band and we had a few that went on to the devils and also the Cavaliers. Crazy!!! Great aspiration!!!

Haha too many!!
Newest one is keeping aquariums - recently rediscovered this after not having had fish/pets since first year of uni! It’s been a while!
Plants/gardening (especially indoor/tropical plants)
Motorbikes (tinkering/riding)
Cars (anything to do with them - even reading!)
Singing
Travel (at the rate I go, this counts as a hobby!)
Camping (another thing I recently discovered I love to do)
Interior design/decorating

Lol I KNOW how you feel. Us music nerds gotta stick together!! I was in marching for 4 years on Clarinet. It's my primary, but I also play jazz tenor, French horn, and I did do a little percussion ensemble my senior year. I was on timpani. So I know what's up lol. I am a stay at home mom now and it stinks not being able to play in a big group like that. Dont let the opportunity pass you by. I miss hearing the full chords rather than my solo instrument so I have kind of self taught myself piano since being home with the kids. It will stay with you forever!

For sure! I play bass clarinet in concert, tenor sax for marching, alto for jazz, and I'm pit percussion in Drumline. Gotta get that 4 mallet in there! My life pretty much revolves around band right now, which some would deem as sad, but I think it's good because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to experience all the fun stuff that happens every day! We went to New Orleans last year which was so fun! You are totally right though, us band nerds gotta stick together!

Isnt it funny that knowing what instruments one plays is almost as good as knowing the person?? Lol, bass clarinet and 4 mallets. I know you, I see who you are lol! Let me just say, at least you are not a trumpet playeread:

Yay, it's nice to meet a fellow fiddler! Fiddling is actually quite popular around where I live. There's monthly jams and everything. I hope your kids find out how awesome fiddling is! Maybe even show them.
