What are these fish? Help

    Hello,

My sister has just acquired some fish that were left in one of her company's rental houses.

Neither her nor her partner have any fish already and are hoping to identify them so that they can look after them properly.

She has sent me a couple of photos but unfortunately, they're not the best quality and I don't seem able to add them to my post.

The fish are silvery in colour and have 2 dark stripes along their back. Their eyes are silver too.

    Can anyone help identify them?

    Thanks in advance :)

Thanks for the replies so far everyone.

I've looked on google for images of Zebra Danios and my sister's fish don't seem to have as many stripes as those in the search results. Could they still be the same type of fish or are there any other types of Danio that look similar but have fewer stripes?

I think they are still Zebra Danios even with the fewer stripes.

    Try Danio nigrofasciatus.
