What are some good foods that guppies and Cory catfish like to eat?

What are some good veggies (or other foods besides flakes/pellets and basic worms) that guppies and Cory catfish like to eat? just wondering so I can swap out flakes and that other stuff every few weeks so there is some variety in my fish's diets.

 

Small-medium Fluval bug bites

 

Bug bites, brine shrimp, blood worms and mosquito larvae are all great foods for Guppies and Corys.

 

you can feed them blood worms live or frozen same with brine shrimp and blanched lettes and sprilena flake food crushed up

 

Omega one sinking pellets, wafers

 

It’s better if you feed the guppies any floating food Like flakes, or granuals. And the corries a bottom feeder shrimp pellet or wafers, I use hikarI bottom feeder and wardley shrimp pellets.

 

Some fish go crazy for dried Nori, "seaweed". Your cories might like a slice of canned carrot, or blanched yam or cucumber. remove uneaten foods after an hour or 2, I also recommend feeding the veggies on a day close to a water change. OOh, and guppy fry especiall would like boiled egg yolk, but once again, it gets messy!

 

Mine go bonkers for Bug Bites. Also any frozen food like tubifex, brine shrimp, etc... Watching them eat the long tubifex worms is like the spaghettI scene in lady and the tramp! Lol
