What and how much to feed my fish?

My tank is newly cycled and I am now working on stocking. I was hoping to get some advice on food. Currently I have 8 ember tetras and am feeding them a small pinch of this food twice a day:

When they see the food they dart to it excitedly, and take a nibble, but they never eat the full piece in one bite. I will eventually be adding 6 sterbai cories, 6 kuhli loaches, 4 flower shrimp, 10 cherries, and 10 amanos. While I think the micro pellets are probably good for my tetras (I am working up to 20 embers), I am unsure for the rest of my list. What would everyone recommend based on my stocking plans?

Does it fit in their little mouths? I feed my ember's finely crushed flakes.

Ya, that is what i'm concerned about as well. Going to try crushed flakes today and see how that goes. In regards to the rest of my stocking list, what food would they need?

I would probably use crushed flakes for everyone. Anything that the tetras miss will be eaten by the bottom dwellers. Sinking pellets or algae wafers a few times a week may be a good idea to make sure everyone had a chance to eat. Blanched veggies are also popular among bottom dwellers; your shrimp and loaches will go crazy over them.

That makes sense. Are blanched veggies something I would buy or something I would make?

Make. Blanched veggies I believe are just veggies that have been boiled. It makes it easier for the fish to eat them. "Leafy" veggies I think are fine to just drop in, (after a thorough washing in hot water.) Make sure not to buy anything with pesticides, and obviously don't wash with soap lol. A lot of veggies will float, so you'll probably need to waterlog them or find a way to hold them down on the bottom.

Here are some that I feed my kuhlis.

Stalks of Broccoli
Cauliflower
Zucchini
Cucumbers
Lettuce
Radish tops
