I am going to be gone for a bit and not even able to care for my little ones. That means hiring someone else to do it and the last time was a disaster. No one I have seen can clean a tank properly. I wish I could get some of you here to hire to take care of my babies for a few weeks until I can do it again.

I am having some surgery and if all goes well I will be home tomorrow night but I don't know for sure yet. But they tell me that I will NOT be changing fish tanks for 3 to 6 weeks. EEEK!

Since I have the plecos and otos the tanks do not get as dirty but the water still needs to be changed. I can see me crawling the walls before this is over.

Rose, my little crew and I wish you all the best with your surgery. We would love to be able to help you out, as you always help us. Maybe if we wish it hard enough, the person you get will do a great job, and ease your stress!!

Prayers for you! Val, Neptune, Storm; Wink Jack Sparrow & Tiny King

Good luck with your surgery, Rose. We'll be thinking of you. I think it's good that, although you won't be able to physically change the water, you'll at least be at home to supervise the fish-sitting. Am sure if they say you can come back tomorrow, then any unexpected delays wonn't extend to beyond a week at most, right? All my thoughts.

Rose-

I'm sure I'm not the only one that would drop everything to come there and take care of you AND the fish. I'd probably learn more from a week under your tutelage than all the books in the world could teach! Get well soon, and in the meantime we'll be here to keep you company.
