So recently I've started noticing a bunch of little white dots all over my tank. At first I noticed them on the back wall and figured they may be paint drips or something on the outside, but I woke up this morning and noticed them everywhere. Does any one know what these things are? 20190715_132755.jpg20190715_132811.jpg

Does look like nerite snail eggs. They lay eggs but the eggs don’t hatch.

Yes I have three nerite snails. I thought the laid eggs in clutches not all over the place?

No, mystery snails lay clutches above the water line, and pond snails lay goopy clear blobs with little specks. Thats for sure nerite snail eggs. U can try removing them.

Nerites can be pretty artistic at times. Other times, they plop an egg wherever they are. I have noticed that olive nerites magically plopped a few fertile eggs for me without benefit of brackish water, so I’ve got some new snails. ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️
