My MalI Uromastyx, Rex, looooooves to sit up on his log, under the heat lamp, and watch.... Ellen.

That's right! He loves Ellen Degeneres! Every time I'm home, I try to get a picture of his doing it, but he's camera shy, and runs away >.<

He's also obsesed with eating

And he's constantly getting himself in to places that he can't get out of...

So, what are some crazy things your pets do?

My male bearded dragon, Smaug, has determined that cough syrup bottles are evil.
I had one sitting on the desk beside the cage and he did everything he could to try to get at it.
I think it was probably the red color.

Great looking setup and lizard!!!

LOL Rex used to think the same thing about his reflection XD

Thanks! The first pic, taken at PetSmart, is actually the pic I sent to my mom when she asked me what I wanted for Christmas last year XD Now he's got a 40 breeder, and I have plans to build him a 5 or 6 ft tank, and use his 40 breeder for fishy-evil >=3

He's grown just over 4 inches in a year <3

One of our cats brings us babies. She started out bringing pencils and pens to us. If we had left for the day, she would leave a stack of them by the apartment door. She has now upgraded to stuffed animals. If someone's taking a bath, she'll bring stuffed animals to the bathroom door. We think she's trying to save people from drowning.
If we're downstairs, she'll wander around upstairs, with a stuffed animal in her mouth, howling to figure out where we are until someone yells "We're down here." Then she comes trotting down the stairs.
Her current favorites are a black lamb and the Aflac duck. In her old age, she's more or less given up on the larger animals, like the Pikachu doll that was almost as big as her.

She has also brought me the Sunday paper (no small feat, considering she weighs something like seven pounds), and she's brought my wife a bottle of the appropriate medication on one occasion.

Our lab mix is weird. Whenever I get home, she will keep shoving her nose in my face until I let her smell my breath. Weirdo...

I had some hissing cockroaches once. I SWEAR I saw a roach couple go on a date. A male approached a female, waved antennae for a bit, then she followed him to the food bowl where they munched on some fruit.

Wow, that's amazing! Gotta love cats lol maybe she thinks she's a dog?

LOL my dogs do some crazy things too, but not like that XD my rott mix rubs up against me like a cat, but at 130 pounds, rather than 5 or 10 @.@ all my dogs go under you and in between your legs, so they can get their butts scratched.

Ew cockroaches! I do hear that they make really cool pets though lol

Every morning my cat Summer (who we found as a stray) slides down the stairs on her back.

She will only slide down one step at a time and only if her tummy is stroked first!

She expects a meal on arriving downstairs!

Waiting by the bird table for bird food (that's what she survived on before she came to us - bird food, hopefully not the birds!).

Red, she's ADORABLE!!! My sister has two cats, and they don't get along, so one has the house all night and some of the day, and the other has the house most of the day. When ever they get let out or their respective rooms, they go straight to the kitchen for tuna XD

And she used to have a cat that could say "Ham"! He loved the refrigerator, and got closed in there a lot LOL When he got fat, they replaced his ham with tuna

My cat has a toy filled with catnip and when it touches something in the house, like a rug, pillow, or couch, he will sit for hours and just lick that spot where the catnip was. It's gross! I'll go to sit down on the couch and it will be soaking wet.

Also, my bird likes to eat out of people's mouth, so every time I try to put the spoon or fork in my mouth, she tries her best to stick her head in my mouth. Then if she doesn't succeed, she will sit there and make this little chirping sound until you give her food.

Ew, that's even worse than dogs licking LOL With their little raspy tongues >.< It is really cute when they give you kisses, though LOL Drugged kitties are even more cute than kitty-kisses. We make fun of my sisters cats when they're on cat nip

I've seen birds eating out of people mouths. Its pretty awkward LOL She doesn't want to be left out

Lets see, I have a chug that cleans her teeth by mauling the furniture.
A cat that thinks hes king of shiba. Exspects to be carried around on a pillow and positioned upon the window to his liking -_____- I'm a slave to my kitty.

We have a Steer, holstein, named pong on the farm, hes under the impression that hes a dog. Raised with dogs, played with dogs, fed with dogs since he was a calf. Well guess what, hes now a 1.5 ton puppy full of energy that just wants to jump on you..with horns. Aint he a Doll?

And this. My snake playing peek a boo. She does this when shes in a good mood.

Also, do bettas jumping for food count XP.

We have catnip and catmint growing wild in our yard. Another of our cats will groom the bottoms of your shoes after you've been out in the yard. I don't mean just a little bit. He'll sit there for an hour, until the entire sole of each shoe is completely soaked.

He also likes spicy stuff. He chews shoelaces, so we got some of that stuff you put on your fingernails to make them bitter and spicy so you won't absent-mindedly chew on them. Coated the shoelaces with the stuff. He actually liked them better. Ate all of the laces in a period of a couple of hours.

Have you ever seen those pictures where the bull's horns are under a persons skin

Your snake is so cute!! I want a Hognosed snake, some day. Too bad they are in the thousands most of the time >.<

I used to have a lorikeet who was obsessed with peoples ears. He would spend ages staring into them, rubbing his face against them, nibbling on them (we often joked that he could work in a piercing parlor) and licking them. Not gently either, he would stick his tongue (keep in mind that lorikeets are nectar feeders, so they have really long tongues!) down peoples ear holes as far as he could. It felt absolutely disgusting. I think he liked the taste of earwax.

LOL... can't beat that story... both icky and funny.

I'm rarely ill, and even more rarely ill enough to stay in bed. But on those occasions my dog brings several of her toys, puts them around me on the bed then settles down in the doorway of my bedroom. Always makes me feel better.

I have!, Luckly we keep his nubbed, but with a unplanned haed swing he has broken a arm or 2. Also, condas(Hogsnose) are too dang exspensive lol
If I ever have one ill do what everyone else is doing and collect it from the wild.

Good afternoon,

Years ago I had a calico cat named Lucy. She learned to fetch cigarette packages, crumpled up into a ball, throw it and she would bring it back every time. I switched from cigarette packages to $1 bills. I'd crumple them up, throw them and sure enough she would bring them back every time. Sometimes she would lie in front of me and knead the $1 bill, I think she liked the ink.

When I moved out of the apartment, I picked up over $100 in singles that were just lying around the floor for Lucy. She was a rich cat!

That's what a lot of people do with corn snakes here. Why pay $60 when you can catch one for free, and feed it for free?? Might not be particularly legal, but its the pet trades fault.

Cats playing fetch is the cutest thing!

Picked up enough money to buy a new tank! XD
