Weird Parameter Readings

okay, so I just tested my parameters in my 20 gallon high (8 skirt tetras, 6 panda cories) and got these results. Nitrites looked to be somewhere between 0 and 0.25. But ammonia looked like 1.0! This is a cycled tank so I tested again because that just didn’t seem right. And now it’s testing 0! These tests are MAYBE 10 minutes apart. I’m doing a water change now to be safe but any ideas??? How could it be 1 and then immediately 0? Each test was left to sit about 10 minutes to develop. First two pictures are the 1.0 ammonia and the second two are the 0.

Each test is supposed to sit for only 5 minutes. If any longer than that, it can change colours and be inaccurate.

Yes, I know. I watched them the whole time, I noticed the one was green after about 2-3 minutes and retested then.
