Weird Lump On Platy

I just noticed this strange lump on my adult female platy. I’m worried, is it a tumor?
Here are some pictures please tell me if anyone knows what it is.

It might be pregnant

That doesn’t look like pregnancy. It could very well be a tumor. Keep an eye on it incase it spreads and update here.

At first it seemed like a few slightly protruding scales but now it is more like a lump

That does sound like a tumor. Maybe A201 can help.

Over a few weeks she seemed to be doing ok lump was slowly getting more noticeable and she appeared to be getting lethargic, today she was stuck next to the filter and she was not even struggling, I turned it off for a while and she was able to swim away but the lump seems to be definitely problematic. I’m not sure what to do.

Is she still eating?

Sometimes you get some hints from the rate a lump grows but this is slow-ish for a bacterial infection abscess and the fast side for a tumor.

Best option is to find a fish vet. Otherwise, a Hail Mary treatment with ciprofloxacin just in case it's a bacterial infection.

Sorry I didn’t see this earlier. Right now their seems to be a cut, it is very big and at the end of it there is a red spot with some skin dangling off of it. I’ve never needed to find a fish vet before and this seems very bad, how would I find one and if not, what is a hail mary treatment and how do I do it?
