30 Gallon Tank Weird ghost shrimp

So I found my dad the cheapest 30 gallon I’ve ever seen. She asked 10 dollars but he gave her 20 to be nice. Anyways he’s done really well setting up the tank and he started breeding shrimp in there. He started with ghost shrimp because they’re extremely cheap and now he has these weird yellow and red ghost shrimp lol. I wanna know if anyone’s ever seen these.

It’s probably a whisker shrimp which is commonly confused with ghost shrimp. Can you try to get a clearer picture. From what I understand they can be a danger to other shrimp

Whisker shrimp? Never heard of it. So..... again, I learned something new. I had ghost shrimp as a kid. I'll stick to Cherry reds now.

 

I’ll try getting a better picture if any are out. It almost seems like that color was somehow bred into them because neither of us have noticed them until fairly recently.
Also my dad really appreciate the compliments.

 

Looks like muscular necrosis to me. Is the shrimp showing any abnormal behavior?

 

Nope they act completely normal. The only difference is the color.
