Weekly Water Changes/monthly Cleaning?

Ok I've been searching around and watching YouTube videos about how to clean the tank. There is a lot of misinformation out there. I saw one guy do 100% water change and was everything out with soap even the gravel! Omg.
I know I need to do a weekly water change of around 15-30% depending on my bioload. But to I gravel clean every week also? Like half the tank one week and switch the side every week?
Also, how often do I rinse fake plants and decor/rocks? Do I need to scrub them or just rinse out in old tank water?
Do I only rinse out the filter sponge once a month and clean the actual filter just as needed?
Sorry if this has been asked before I have missed it in my researching.

you can gravel vac every week to every month depends on your fish and if you over feed them since it only sucks up the gunk the bacteria is stuck fast so unless you really scrub it it will remain. The filter media can be cleaned in old tank water or dechlorinated tap water as needed again it only removes the gunk. As far as cleaning decorations that's also as needed, don't go crazy cleaning but it can be kept presentable.

You can gravel vac when needed you can also get some algae eaters, shrimp etc. But gravel vac works perfectly fine.

Your tank is pretty new. I would only clean 1/2 your gravel weekly for a couple of months.

And gently rinse your filter is tank water.

When your filter needs changing, put the old filter media on the upstream side of the new filter.

It should be a long time before I need to change anything bc now I have only sponges and seachem matrix media. I have floss if I need to add it for extra fine filtering but it's not in there unless needed.

I vacuum the gravel weekly and do water change of 30%-40%.

I clean my tanks every other week. So this week I’m doing the 55g, next week the 90g.

I don’t vacuum much at all with the 90g since the current will just push everything into the intake.
