We Made The News.

Honestly I haven't been antisocial. Lol. I live north of benton pa were they just had all the flooding so I have been stranded since monday. Finally managed to get out threw the water thanks to my dads dump trunk. House is fine just no power so no water no fans no a.c. no phone no cell and all the food went bad in my fridge. On a good note fish are still alive so hopefully they make good on the promise to open our road in the next day or two and bring in a big generator. Yes I have a generator but only had 5 gallons of gas so that didn't last long.

 

Wow!! PA has been getting an insane amount of rain!! Glad you are ok!!

 

Just got a report of two excavators in our crick. Road should be open in a few hours. They have been waiting on a permit since Monday for this. Yep our government was hard at work.

 

I love that you said crick. I get weird looks when I say it.

 

Really good news. Roads open. Neighborhood has generator power. Phones are back. Internet is back. And all pets still alive. My tank has just gone four and a half days with out any thing done to it and I'm not even showing enough ammonia to do anything about it. Gotta love an understocked tank .

That's what ours looks like too. Yep things are back to normal at my house at least. Lost the food in the fridge but no water near my house. During the flood I couldn't walk a 100 feet in any direction with out being in the water. Lots of flooded basements and some houses off their foundations.
