I am going to take my tank water to the lad for testing but it will be after work so I will have to store it for about 10 hours after I collect it. Does it matter if I keep it in plastic or glass and should I refrigerate it?

Following with interest. Not sure if the change in temperature will affect much. I would invest in an API test kit so you can do your own testing in a pinch. Just my .02
Edit: I didn't look into it too much but this search may help with water quality.or not :(
