Water Python without a threaded faucet?

Does anyone have any suggestions on alternative ways to hook up a python or otherwise do water changes? My tank is 125g so the bucket method is a no go. I currently use a brass threaded fitting to hook it up to a bathroom sink faucet, however I'm getting around to remodeling that last bathroom and all of the nicer modern fixtures I'm finding do not have threads anymore. My kitchen sink is a high arch faucet with pull out sprayer so I can't thread into that either. The bathtub faucet also has no threading. I could hook up to a garden hose outside the window for siphoning but then refilling with the right temperature water would be impossible.

Any suggestions?

Have a good look around at tap fittings. Ok I live in Australia but I recently brought a modern nice looking wash house tap with thread.

If you are fixing to remodel, wonder if you could talk to a plumber. I'm guessing you could pipe a fitting in under the sink. I'd make sure I put a shut off under the fitting in case of a leak but I'd be surprised if you couldn't somehow .

There is probably ann aerator over the faucet output. There is a key (not sure the actual name of it) that probably comes with the faucet. That allows you to remove that and then it should be threaded under there.

Wash house may mean something different in American English?

This tap ( not faucet in my country) cost only a few dollars and requires minimal handyman skills to install.

Getting a traditional tap/faucet instead of one of "the nicer modern fixtures" is probably the easiest approach.

You could also drain out the window as you mentioned and then have a filler tap / faucet plumbed under the sink for filling the tank, as cdr63corv suggested.
