    Ammonia: 0 ppm
    Nitrites (NO2-): 0 ppm
    Nitrates (NO3-): up to 40 ppm, but somewhere below 20 ppm is ideal.

    When did you last test your water & what were the results? Can you retest your nitrates? If this is a recent spike I would do several back to back water changes to get the numbers of nitrites down.
