Water Flow in 190 litre tank

HI there, Ihave a 190litre tank that is 4ft long,
I am using a pond solutions ef+1000 external filter and spray bar.
I have the spray bar at the opposite end of the tank away from the outlet
The surface agitation only goes about three quarters the way down the lenght of the tank.
Is this creating enough surface agitation for oxygenating the tank??

I have plants in the tank also, should I have current at a lower level aswell or is the spray bar enough?
Its not a heavy current on the top, the filter is doing 1000lph so its a lot of water it just doesn't look like a lot ha ha if that makes sense?

 

Since all my plants are plastic, the current level doesn't seem to bother them. So I really can't answer that.

If there is not enough oxygen in the water, the fish will start gasping at the surface. So long as they are not gasping, you should be fine.

 

If you find it isn't enough top water movement you may want to place an air stone on the other end if the tank.
