Wasting fish?

We have a 10gal with 2 Guppies, a Platy, and two Mollie fry (in breeder box). Our tank has FINALLY cycled! Ever since we lost our Mollie and Platy (the four were perfect together) one of our original Guppy warriors has been picked on. At first we thought it was because there were only the two male guppies, so we got another Platy. But the bullying hasn’t let up and Bubbles is looking thin and weak. What can I do?

We put him in a bowl this afternoon and are keeping an eye on the water temp. He’s eating fine. Did a 50% water change and cleaned off the plastic plants some. Hopefully didn’t wash away too many nitrates. Caught the dog licking the inside tank lid (on ground) ... and now get to worry about him too What is a better DIY tank solution?

The guppies probably aren't bullying. They're trying to mate, and they do that with everything, even male fish. Same thing happened with mine until my platy decided to chase them back.

I put him in a Floating gallon zip lock, top open to contain water, and have the heater

here is a video, but the quality doesn’t show his thinness

Ok. So I suck at posting here. Anyone know why he is so sickly looking and Is the Guppy going to infect the other fish or can they be together?

You thought the 2 gupppies were stressed because there was only 2, so you bought a platy? I think that is wat you said.

If the guppies were stressed from beng the only guppies, you should have bought more guppies.
Guppies tend to do best in groups of 3 or more, so do platties, so do sword tails, mollies are a bit more ok at being solitary then the other live bearers.
Male live bearers especially guppies, will sence the pharamones of anyfemale, and their goes in crazy reproductive mode. it is stressfull for anyfish in the tank. somtimes you can keep all males or all females. But livebearers can be tricky. If I had to guess, which i am, Your guppy is stressed. He MIGHT do better whith more guppies. He looks pretty good to me, perfect fins, just kind of stressed looking. I suggest you take the platty back and do an all male guppy tank. like 6 gupppies, and the fry should be ok to grow out in there, depending on how many and how long they will be in there.
