Hey y'all thinking about getting some another Walmart "refugee" fish (Oscar) since the lights are out and they have been there for months
I just can't decide which one
So thought y'all could help: )

The bottom one has a better shot at survival considering its swimming. It's extremely thin though.

And if you don't have a 75 gallon tank I wouldn't bother.

Neither. You buying their fish just tells them that people want their fish. Plus it opens a slot for another fish to come in and be treated like trash.
Save your money, time and heart and just buy from a reputable shop or site

I'd still rather buy a fish than let it suffer and die
I see where you're coming from though

Can you quarantine it first before adding it to an existing tank, with other fish? I understand where you are coming from , and it will matter to that one fish to have a nice home. good luck and keep us posted. If you do then may I suggest the name Lucky.Alison
