Vloggers On Cruises?

So I was recently on a cruise from Miami to the Bahamas and saw a vlogger on the cruise anyone know who he is?

 

Any idea what they look like? Or happen to know if it a (famous) youtuber?

 

Well, the reason I think he is famous is because some one walked up to him and asked for a picture and he was talking to his camera a bit I only saw him once the whole time we were there
