Vacuuming and ghost shrimp

HI all, when the time comes to vacuum my tank..I have concerns over my 2 or 3 ghost shrimp..will they get sucked into the vacuum if I can't see where they are in the tank??? Any way around this problem..none that I can come up with..ideas?

You can do what I do when I have fish fry I let the water drain into a bucket. Then I check it for fry before pouring it out.

The ghost shrimps should be able to swim away from the vaccum.
