I am looking for feeding options for firebelly toads, tree frogs and pacman frogs to make life easier for a house sitter during a three week vacation.

I feed primarily crickets, plus fruit flies to my smaller tree frogs.

This trip isn't in the near future, so I have time to trial various ideas.

Thanks!

That would be a bear with live crickets, but it's a thought.

How often do they HAVE to eat? Daily? Every other day? Maybe get some throw away tupperware containers, punch holes in them and parcel out your feedings that way. Maybe have them go a little farther between feedings while you're on vacation.

On their regular schedules, they all eat twice a week. It would be possible to double feed once a week, since they all have large, huntable habitats. But I am curious to what other keepers do. Especially if they keep a bin of crickets around for feeding.

Maintaining the cricket bin is another issue entirely.

Yeah, I would have to say, you would have to pay me a LOT to touch a cricket bin. *gets the creeps all over*

Trust me, it's much less creepy than the dubia roaches. That was my line in the sand.
