its kind of hard see in the video, is it something that is on the bottom part of it? If that's what you are talking about that could be a prolapse, I'm not to sure. hopefully others can respond and give you more clear information on what's happening, sorry for the lack of info hope you get help soon! :-[
Edit: I took a second look and I can safely say that it is most likely a prolapse

If it is not a female ready to spawn (probably not), it looks like a prolapse to me. Try to take a better picture, make sure is not poop or worms.

Another person on fishlore had the same problem with their Angel fish they determined it was a prolapse.

Add seachem prime immediately if you have ammonia. It will bind it so it doesn't kill your fish but your bacteria will still consume it.

I would probably start with an epsom salt bath. And if that didn't work, internal parasite meds.

But get your ammonia under control first.

It would probably help to use better quality food. Fluval foods have dried garlic in them, and garlic is known to help with parasites. But to be honest, you'll probably have to treat your fish with parasite meds.

What companies make better food? I'm new and I'm actually using the same brands of food for my tank

I have posted a photo - is that a prolapse or parasite? it did go crazy on the shrimp before anyone else got to it - maybe over ate?

I don't have a q tank to treat it seperately

If it's a prolapse, you don't need to quarantine. It will live with it. I have one angelfish with a horrible prolapse. It's been like that for more than an year. I just don't over feed her and never offer her pellets.

Looks like a prolapse to me, too. Keep an eye on her appetite and activity level. If those drop or if the prolapse worsens then you may need to euthanize.

Hard to say. Prolapse can be caused by several things at the root. I know for sure that anything that upsets normal gut function and leads to constipation (or possibly diarrhea) which causes the animal to strain can cause it so yes, it is possible that her overeating lead to this. It's also possible that it will go back in on its own in which case you want to be extra careful for a while since if it's come out once it's more likely to happen again. In larger animals it's possible to put a stitch in the colon through to the abdominal wall to hold it in place until it heals but in this case I think careful diet and environment management will give her the best chance of recovery.
