Im upgrading from a 3 foot to 4.5 foot tank today found a great bargain online unfortunately will be my last upgrade size wise due to space limitations..

How do i go about cleaning a second hand tank?? I know i need to water test it how long for though? Im planning on throwing any media out in the filter it comes with and replacing with my media from my cycled tank.. Anything else i should do/know?

I got a second hand tank and you need to clean it very well. It took me a while to get all I the dried fish poop off of it

A vinegar rinse is always a good idea with used tanks imo, both to sanitize and remove any hard water stains/buildup that may be present.
