Understock Tank Allows More Territorial Fish?

First this is my stocking plan:
    2 angelfish
    6 or more cardinal tetras
    2 German blue rams
    1 clown pleco
+gourami (please recommend a colorful type and how many needed for low stress)

My tank is a 75 gallon, and I know that angelfish and gourami can clash. Or is my tank with gourami not under stocking at all? Thanks for the help :)

Possibly a pearl gourami? They are larger than some and should be able to stand up for themselves with angelfish but they are still very peaceful.

how many would I need and if they have ich would it be easy to notice on them? Also what would you say about Banded Gouramis?

They are fine alone but I think you could have 1-5.
Not much harder than any other fish.

I think banded gouramis would need cooler water than the angels and rams
