ummm .... help?

yea I bet all of u might be laughing that Shrimpy wants to breed fish but guess what >... I don't care at all . Anyway I am just wondering how baby fish nets work or any breeding device works becuz i'm thinking on having live bearers. please respond.

I want to breed my cockatoo cichlids as well I got a pair and today I have seen them swimming round together I don't know whether the water is right I have 3 spots for them to lay eggs + =

I never had much luck with the breeder nets. I usually use a bare bottom 10G tank the remove the mom and dad. The fry can then be fed without fear they will be eaten. Frequent water changes and lots of good food make them grow fastest.

yea, I like that method too. the nets can stress the mother, food can fall through it, fry can fall out, the net can fall apart.. they're better than the little breeder boxes but still i've heard plenty of breeding disasters caused by them.

I don't even use those....I just transfer my guppies into my 5.5 gallon as so soon as I know there born
