Ummm... Babys?

    i have a 20 gall tank with 1 red cherry shrimp 2 mexacan dwarf crayfish 7 zebra danios 3 ember tetras 5 glowlight tetras and 5 neon tetras. anyway, i was wachng the crayfish when i saw it picking at somthing in the gravel. i looked at the gravel and saw a tiny worm like thing, i caught it and put it in a 1 gall tank. it was just sitting on the bottom but now it is swimming like a fish WHAT IS IT?!?!

    Well, I'm not familiar with tetra breeding, but I have found tetra fry in our stocking tanks before.
    Do you have a picture?

    Back when I had a gravel substrate I was constantly finding zebra and pearl danio fry in the water I siphoned out. It could be a zebra fry or could possibly be a tetra. You may just have to wait until it grows a bit to know for sure.

    Now that I have sand I feel sure the Cory's eat all the eggs before they hatch.
