Two Questions: NilocG's dosing page and where to find info

I have some dry ferts and want to mix my own liquid ferts from them. I looked at Nilocg's site but that page is down. Is it gone permanently?
In the absence of that, where do I need to go to find how much ferts I need to add to a 500ml bottle with either a 1ml or 2ml dispenser top? (I want to dispence enough for 10g per squirt)

Page loaded just fine for me. This is the PPS-Pro method they have listed. 1mL per 10 gal.

32.5g	KNO3
29.5g	K2SO4
3g	KH2PO4
20.5g	MGSO4

AMOUNT	FERTILIZER
40g	CSM+B

I ended up finding rotalabutterfly and getting the info I needed there.

Maybe I don't use rotalabutterfly right but I wish it took into account the other salts you were dosing. For instance when you dose both kno3 and k2so4 you need less k2so4 because the kno3 for your nitrates has potassium in it.

I use niclogs estimative index dosing and it has been working really well for me. I was going to do PPS pro but with EI there is much less change if deficiencies then with pos pro where you just dose the minimum.
