Two Baby Oto Catfish! More To Come?

Hey this is my first time on here! I’m a fairly new to community tanks. I’ve had my Betta for 3 years but have recently set up a new tank with tetras and Otos.
I heard Otos were difficult to breed, but I’ve somehow ended up with two (surviving) babies and two pregnant fish!
What I want to know is if there are any particular things I need to do with my current pregnant Otos? I read that they lay their eggs on flat surfaces, should I avoid cleaning my glass? What do the eggs even look like? I totally missed the two current oto babies being born, I just came back from out of town and they were there!
Are the pregnant Otos going to be okay? They’re soooo fat will they release the eggs even if they don’t mate with the male Otos? Sorry if my format is off this is my first post and it’s from my phone so it’s double trouble lol.
Also I uploaded a picture of one of the tiny babies mid tank cleaning when I discovered it!

Wow never seen baby ottos. Welcome to fishlore. Hope someone on here can help. I think you have something rare there.

Ottos are egg layers, not livebearers, they do not give birth but spawn. They should not have issues with being heavily gravid as over time they will either absorb the eggs back or release them (even if they are not fertilized by a male outside the body, it is a relief thing).
Just keep doing what you have been, you have otto babies now so something you are doing must be right for them.

Congrats on the fry, whatever you’re doing your Oto’s like it.
They spawn a bit like corys in that several males will chase the female, then they almost go into a T position but not quite, the eggs are fertilised & the female will stick them either on the glass or the underside of leaves.
I could never get clear pics of the actual spawn but hope you can make it out, the pic with the shrimp is Oto eggs on the glass & I had to post one of the babies as they’re so cute

EE6C15A9-75AC-4BF0-B179-F4EC6D7EAE1F.jpeg Hey just thought I’d give y’all an update! My baby oto has gotten a little bigger but I found a new baby today! It’s so small I can’t really get a good picture of it but I did attempt. So there is a pic of the bigger baby between my fingers for size and a pic of the new baby that’s suuuuper small also between my fingers for size. I have lots of videos but I can’t post them for some reason? Anywho yay babies!!
