Turning Black

Today I just checked my fish and noticed one of my platinum rummy noses has these black markings/blotches on it. He feeds well and swims with the shoal still.
Is he ok?

Well done. Looks aweful. Don't exactly know what it is. Will do some research.

Ammonia:00ppm
Nitrite:0ppm
Nitrate:15ppm

I checked on week’s cleaning day so the nitrates are abit higher

I wish my nitrates were that low on water change day!! lol At least your parameters are good, so hopefully you'll see more improvement in a couple days.
