    My TSS came today.
Will it actually cycle the tank so I don't need to add it any more (growing a colony of the right bacteria), or does it always need to be added through the life of the tank to top up the bacteria?

I thought your tank had already cycled... did you get a new tank?

Nope I have been using stress zyme since setting up. It has been working but from what you guys told me it is the wrong bacteria hence having to add it every week or so; and I don't want that. So because I cant take fish out to cycle the tank properly I asked around and was recommended TSS :p

Add the TSS wait about 7-10 days, check the water and you should be good.

I recommend doing a large 75% plus water change before adding the TSS.

Thank You for that thorpbrian; I will
