Trying New Fish Food?

I have a betta and I feed him Omega One Betta Buffet Pellets, frozen brine shrimp and frozen bloodworms.
I saw the Bug Bites tropical pellets for small fish at Petco today. The ingredients looked okay to me, but I am no expert. Are the Bug Bites good quality? I would like to go back and buy them if they are a good quality pellet. Should I add them to his diet?
Also, are frozen mysis shrimp safe for bettas?

I feed some of the Bug Bites line and I've been happy with it. Seems my fish like it too!

Mysis shrimp are safe for bettas but I would suggest that you soak them in aquarium water beforehand.

Bug Bites are one of the best foods (non-live) you could feed insectivores (betta for example). My fish love Bug Bites.
