Tri-color (bala) Shark Acting Weird

The last few days my tri-color has been swimming in tight vertical circles about 5" end to end, right up against the glass. Color is still good, fins are all okay. Water is at 0 across the board. Planted with plants doing great, runners and roots everywhere. Temp 76-78. 8" Air stone with a fluval 406, 55 gallon and he is about 4" long.

 

Is he seeing his reflection?

 

Lol dunno but its weird. Circling around the arm of the driftwood that touches the glass. Been non stop for a few days now

Been busy the last few days at work barely had time to stop and feed them. Came home and noticed he stopped his circles but today got to take a good look at him. Everyone else in the tank is perfectly healthy with no issues at all. Tank is still at 0s. Looks like hes a goner. Doesn't fight with anyone and honestly never has. Not really sure what happened here. What is even weirder is that his one side looks like this and the other appears as if nothing is wrong.
