Treatment for wound on goldfish

Hi there! My goldfish suffered a little wound around his top fin area. I have currently moved him into a quarantine tank and add aquarium salt and yellow powder. Would this be suffice? Or is there more i can do?
And he also has some streaks of blood on his fin? Anyone knows why?

Do you have a water test kit to check ammonia/nitrite/nitrate? I would check your main tank for these things.

If you could fill out the emergency template it would help us help you figure out what might be happening. And give you best suggestions for treatment. When you say yellow powder, does it list any of the main ingredients?
