Dang, that was going to be my next guess too!!!!...lol

I'll go for the coffee staining.....you can recyle the hot coffee (do this project early in the morning) as soon as the paper is stained!!....coffee, fresh off the stove! Add a little 1/2 and 1/2 to lighten the coffee coloring, one teaspon of sugar to stiffen the paper.

Except I don't like the smell of coffee...

 

try a hot coco mix....lol

 

I wanted to stay away from food products as I didn't know if that would draw ants. Also, I didn't want to have to go buy something that I wouldn't normally buy (I don't drink coffee, tea, or hot cocoa).
