traveling a long distance with fish? Question

    Is it possible to travel a long distance with a fish from a store. I know its not good for them to be in the bag but how long would they be ok or what could you do differently if you where driving a bit of a ways to get a fish?

    They'll be fine for a while, so long as the temp is stable. For longer trips, a cooler is needed. The fish will be fine for hours.

    That's good to know, I thought they might suffocate or something! :eek:

    Some shops package them with pure oxygen, those can last overnight, if need be.
