Help!
My fairly young Black Moor has been developing white/translucent patches on him. He shares his tank with another fancy Calico Moor, they seem to get along fine and anyway, this doesn't strike me as damage caused by an aggressive fish.
I recently noticed that both of them have breeding tubercles on their gills and leading edges of their pectoral fins. This white blotching began after I noticed the tubercles.
I have also been struggling with GDA which I allowed to grow for several weeks before finally removing however, it seems to have come back. I don't know what else to do about it. I have removed almost all decoration from my tank, introduced a bubbler to help move water, checked chemistry, all to no avail.
Hopefully someone can help me to identify what is going on with Louie so that I can appropriately help him.
Thank you in advance!!
