Too Many Gravel Vacs A Week?

I do gravel vacs every 2 days in each tank. I've had no problems so far. I do this in 4 tanks (Biocube doesn't count as its empty.) Am I losing BB? Should I only do 1 a week?

If your fish are fine then there is nothing to worry about.

It won't affect your cycle as most beneficial bacteria live in the filter, but as alluded to, rooted plants may not grow quite as well without some of the nutrients that are being vacuumed out, but so long as you're not actually damaging the roots it likely won't hurt them. It's probably more cleaning than necessary, but as Fashooga said, it seems to be working for you, and you can't really have a tank or water that's 'too clean' for healthy fish as long as you've got good seeded filter material.
