Tomato Clownfish Help

Hello,
I recently started a 60 gallon saltwater aquarium with a fluval 406 canister as the filter. The tank has only been up and running about 3 weeks. I tested the parameters pretty religiously and everything was ideal. I then went ahead and purchased a tomato clownfish and an a long tentacle anemone that it was symbiotically related with. I let the tank go for about 3 days and then purchased a second tomato clown. The new one has definitely shown itself to being the more dominant of the two. It has been almost been a week and the new one is still picking on the original clown. I fed them this morning and I noticed that the original clownfish only ate maybe 2 small flakes while the other was eating like crazy. The original clown's face was also kind of white near his mouth. Not really sure what's going on. The only thing I can think of is that the other day when I fed the anemone, the original clownfish did have quite a bit of the brine shrimp that I was feeding the anemone with. I'd really appreciate the help if someone knows about this! Thanks!

I also meant to say that the anemone was fed 2 days prior to this post!

I doubt the nem has anything to do with it. Do you know the sexes of each? Were they in tanks with other clowns? Usually the largest ones becomes dominant and turns female keeping all others male and the dominant male will pair up. If you happened to get 2 females they could not get along. Does it look like fight marks? Fuzzy? Pics?

Could be an illness and could be stress. Could be an illness caused by stress.

Thank you for your input. Sorry I'm stil getting used to this site. Anyway I ended up using pimafix from API. It seemed to cure the clown which is great but I ended up losing my nem cuz he stopped eating.
