To Treat Or Not To Treat......help!

Okay before I go into the story let me just say I KNOW I made a stupid mistake. Added 'adopted fish' to a mature healthy tank and some of my fish paid a heavy price. Story goes like this....added new fish, saw signs of parasites (I think), pooping long white string. Lost 1 guppy a day for about a week until I was down to 1. Also lost a dojo loach. Dosed once w/ Prazipro and large water change (in addition to regular maintenance). Remaining fish: Large beautiful Angelfish, still seemingly healthy, 1 dojo loach, 1 BN pleco, and 1 male guppy. Fast forward several weeks. Added 5 female guppies and all seems well. Today I find the one remaining male (that survived the die off) now has dropsy and is in QT. Question is this, do I treat the entire tank for internal parasites or watch and wait? If treating I'd like to try internal parasite food any suggestions as I see that Jungle anti-parasite food is now discontinued. Treat again with Prazi? Or just watch and wait? I'd REALLY hate to lose my Angel.

You have some stocking issues as well, which can lead to health issues in your fish. If you'd like to discuss them, let us know!

Can you list your water parameters? pH, temp, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates

What size tank?

Are fish still having white feces?

60 Gallon
pH - 7.6 (high but has always been and is stable)
Temp - 77
Ammonia - 0
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 5 ppm

No sign of white feces since treating tank w/ Prazipro. Will add additional dojo's as soon as the LFS has them stocked, one remaining seems very happy and continues to be a pig and has great color. Angelfish is very docile and afraid of his own shadow. Does not bother the other fish because he is always too busy watching for me to walk by so he can beg for food. Dojo and Pleco get along great and actually nest in the same spot together at times. The guppies, well they are guppies This was a 1.5 year old mature tank when I made the mistake of introducing the 3 adopted fish.

PrazI is really gentle medicine on fish, so I would finish the round but add Metronidazole to treat bacterial infection. The two can be safely mixed together and will deliver a good solid punch against any parasites and bacteria.

Thank you. Just one question, when you say finish the round. I treated once. Should I treat again? I did 1 dose and big water change after 7 days.

The dojos are not temperature compatible with angelfish; there's no temp that is ideal for both, so one species or the other will suffer long term issues.

I would in combination with the metronidazole.
