Tire track not eating

Ok so I have a tire track eel who was eating every single day. Well head outgrown his favorite hide so I removed it from the tank so he wouldn't get stuck. I provided several new hides for him but he is refusing to eat. It's been about 10 days. I'm so worried, what can I do?

What are you offering for him to eat? What size tank is he in? What are your water parameters? What tank mates does he have?

He is in a 72 gallon. Currently 8 inches long, I've had him since 3.5 inches.
Ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 5.
I have tried bloodworms, krill (his favorite), scallop, shrimp, and I've thrown in live ghost shrimp.
He has been raised hand fed/tong fed.
Tank mates are mollies, corydoras, pristella tetras, female betta, dwarf gouramis, an african bush fish, and a pleco who is his best friend. He has lived with all of these fish his entire life. There is no aggression in my tank.
