Tiny White Worm??

So, just this morning I noticed what looked like a really small white hair drifting in my bettas tank. I thought I should probably try to scoop it out but wasn’t too worried because it was so small, but then it moved. Since then I’ve noticed at least one other, they’re definitely alive. How do I get rid of them? It’s just my betta in his tank and I want these things gone, I don’t know if it’s a gut parasite but I can’t find anything about it in common fish disease sites. Please help! Don’t have any photos the worms are too small to pick up

They are free floating, tiny white worms a few millimeters in length, I hope they won’t hurt him ☹️ Very very small, width of a hair, maybe smaller even.

Sounds like flat worms. Look them up. Yummie treat for your fish. No they don't harm your fish one bit
