5 Gallon Tank Tiny lumps on my betta. Should I be worried?

Hey everyone,

I have noticed a bunch of little lumps on betta for a while and I am not sure if it is something to be concerned about. They have not progressed to be worse since I have had him but I always want him to be as healthy as possible. He was sick when I got him so it is hard for me to know what a healthy baseline is for him.

My water parameters are as follows:
Temperature: 81.5F (just got through a heatwave so it is a bit hotter then normal. Usually 79.8)
Kh:60
Nitrite:0
Ammonia:0
Nitrate:0
PH:6.9 - 7.0

his diet is mixed between freeze dried and pellets.

Tank: 6.5 gallons, filtered and heated.

no tank mates

I have attached some photos of him here. Thank you for reading.

Were are the lumps? Are you referring to the white on his scales? Is that new? I hope its not dropsy, please look up dropsey on google if there are new. try to get a pic , or at least look at him from the top, like a helicopter shot.

I am pretty sure this is not dropsy. He has had these lumps for quite some time and trust me I have freaked out a couple of times thinking it is dropsy.

I am more referring to the the little indents near his swim bladder.

I added a helicopter shot for you for clarity.

the white is more of a shiny blue in person. I have seen other fish of similar breed have this exact pattern and they look extremely healthy.
