What video settings did you use? How often did it take a frame?

Thank you! I recorded it on a Samsung galaxy S10+ on "hyperlapse mode".

How long do you leave an algae wafer in the tank before you remove it.

I have been breaking off tiny bits since a whole on takes too long to eat.

What kind of sand substrate is that? I like it. Looks like maybe sand with very small gravel mixed in. I like try something like that.

I personally leave it in there until they finish it since I have a lot of shrimps and snails in there, usually will take them around half a day to finish a few wafers. If they don't finish the plants can use the extra nutrients. The substrate is playsand but I don't recommend it because it is really messy, pool filter sand is a lot cleaner. But the playsand has been working with the shrimp tank since the shrimps can't do that much to stirr it up since they're so small lol.
