I've been having a lot of issues with my tiger barbs, leading up to the death of my 2 green ones. Now it's just 6 normal tigers: 2 females and 4 males.
When I got the first got them, they explored the tank, they played, and the males even attempted to mate with the females.
Now, the spend all day hanging out near the airstone and heater, floating with the head angled down (not in sleeping position, though). Some even swim against the flow of the bubbles. They are all eating, and all look healthy. The water temp is 78° F. Is this an oxygenation problem? If so, how can I resolve it?
Occasionally, they'll swim around a little bit but they're not nearly as active as I thought they would be....
The kribensis are being little angels and are giving me no problems.
