What are people's thoughts on the panda cory? Do they have a different temperament than other corys or should I be careful?

Panda’s temperament is no different from other corys, they do require a cooler temperature than some though.
Sadly there does seem to be a bit of a problem lately with them being more sensitive than others & not doing very well health wise.

Due to over/inbreeding probably.

I am a newby to fish keeping. Panda Corys (3) were my first fish when I got my tank cycled and a week later I added 6 Ember Tetras. Everybody getting along really well. The Corys are fun to watch as they go all over the tank. Just recently added 3 JuliI Corys and they get along well with the Panda Cory's.

Anecdotally, my trilineatus have been very easily frightened and cautious, while habrosus and panda have been a little oblivious and not easily frightened.
