Ok. I'll definitely keep an eye on him and if I feel like he's cramped I'll take him back to my LFS

I know it's not ideal but would it be OK to introduce the firemouth and the BN on the same day? Unfortunately both will become available on Sunday and it didn't seem like they would be able to hold them much longer. Being medicated for a few days to make sure their shipment went well

Should be fine, I'd dose with prime for a few days until the BB catches up.

It was a goldfish tank less than two weeks ago. Do you think that the BB is still up? I'm not sure if I worded this correctly sorry if it's confusing.

Ah, forgot about that, you should be in the clear. I'd just keep an eye on the params.

Tank is stocked! The BN is loving the driftwood! But the firemouth (who is tiny) is absolutely terrified right now. The barbs are keeping to themselves so no aggression yet.

I'll post pics when the firemouth gets more comfortable.

He found a spot in the rocks he likes.
*Don't mind the algae*

He's colorful for a little guy. Give him a rock on that pile for some overhead cover and he'll calm right down

The rock on the right is actually the top rock of the cave haha! He's just so small that he fits in to the cracks
