Thoughts On Marineland Emporer 280?

Just curious what you guys think of this particular filter and your experiences with it.

I have Emperor 400 and have found it to be an excellent product.

I have had the 400 as well, I quite like both filters

I owned them years ago ... but ditched them when I realized they didn't have enough room for bio-media.

Hopefully they've improved the design and allow more room in the back for media like MATRIX, BIOHOME, etc ...

Thank you for your input, I never thought of giving that a try but I suppose you're right, there really isn't the room for that.

I put bio max in the 400's clam shells. Does the 280 have them?
