I have a fluval 406 on my 55 along with an AC 70 and I like it. I also have a 206 on my 20 along with an AC 50 which also does a good job

Depending on your budget, Liveaquaria.com has the Eheim 2078 in sale for $207 + another 15% off.

Also, Fluval has released the 407 model, so retailers should be placing the 406 on sale soon.

Adding a 2nd canister filter to my 75 g, currently running cascade 1000 thinking of adding a fluval 406. Thoughts?
You might want to think about a HOB at around 350 gph. Your canister really won't need cleaning for like 3 months or so, but a HOB you can customize and change/clean/add media or chemical filtration a lot easier. I use a Sunsun 303B at 370 gph and a Seachem Tidal 75 HOB at 350 gph on my 75 gallon. Just a thought...
