There are a few different types it's possible it is a leech, but it doesn't look like the snail leeches I have seen.

Yeah it looks a lot like one but how in the world did it get a seed as big as itself inside of it. I don't even have any plants flowering right nowIt does look a lot like a sprouting seed! Hopefully that is all it is.
Maybe the seed was stuck in it's shell and when it sprouted, it got too big and fell out.
